Pros

-If you can get a really good team to pull their weight the job is easy and people are happy. -It's not difficult to move up into better positions.

Cons

-Low wages part-time -management sometimes, stresses employees for things they have no control over. (messy shelves during peak hours, product out stock, damaged goods.)

Pros

You are able to be flexible with your hours by filling out a convenient availability adjustment form and Walmart will work within your specifications. Walmart will also start you off at an hourly wage above the minimum wage. As a college student, I can work at Walmart at home and while at school because I am able to transfer between the stores. Again, as a college student, Walmart offers an associate scholarship, which has been a huge help for me while paying for college.

Cons

Communication between stores during my transfer process was very poor and took much longer to complete it than it should have taken. New policies are also not communicated well throughout my store.
