All full-time employees now being "made" part-time. No "full time" employees at any Wal Marts.

Pros

Depends on what wal-mart you work for, but good job security. The supervisors and co-workers are easily to get along with.

Cons

The managers are the downside working with wal-mart. Some will not let you get near a promotion. Also, if you get hired, watch out, because they will try to cut your hours, and come around your year/ 2 year evaluation, they will try to rob you on your pay upscale
