Pros

Easy job functions- working at Wal-Mart is extremely easy compared to other places. Flexible hours- it is fairly easy to switch hours around for part-timers.

Cons

Low pay- just what you would expect it to be. Micro-management- a lot of tasks can be handled without management interference but they make their presence known anyways.

Pros

It is a fast-paced evironment. There is alot of opportunity for advancement. There is job stability. You can transfer fairly easily to other Walmarts if necessary.

Cons

They are expecting less and less people to do more and more work. They expect you to stay late to finish on a busy day and take a long lunch the next day so you won't get overtime.
