Pros

It is a job with a large corporation that operates around the world. The medical benefits package is acceptable despite the cost.

Cons

Once you are in a position, you are stuck at that level. You can move sideways or down but UP will take a long time. Generally speaking there are too many members of day shift "management" and they all have their own agenda.

Some leaders are good to work for.

Cons

Does not care about family. Does not care about associates or customers. Budgets are changed after made so you can not meet expectations. Do not equipment to do your job. Safety is second to profit.
