Pros

flexible hours can be a "Pro" if you're looking strictly for part time work.

Cons

the company was always looking to cut employee hours, especially around the holidays. Full time work is only offered to some hourly managers and most salaried managers. If you are part time, benefits are drastically reduced.

Pros

It gives you a good part-time work opportunity in comparison with others. The store where I worked had a very friendly management and personnel. Easy to work, flexible with schedule.

Cons

Hard to get a full-time position, most what you get is about 25-30 hours per week. But I guess that it is due to bad economy.

Pros

You do not need to have a college degree in order to move up into an entry level management position.

Cons

There needs to be better communication. Need to hold all employees at all levels accountable consistently.
