Pros

The chance to expand on retail knowledge. The entire benefits package including Medical and dental benefits. The 401k and profit sharing. Paid vacation, personal and sick time.

Cons

Micro managing is probably the most signficant downside. To many bosses and not enough floor help or cashiers. Sometimes worrying about job security.
