Pros

Decent benefits, quarterly bonuses, 401(k) package, profit sharing and a 10% discount. Easy work and it's tough to get fired.

Cons

Management is incompetent and the customers are worse. No respect for human life and you might get something thrown at you.

Pros

Walmart is fully staffed, meaning we are not short on help. They have pharmacy cashiers so techs can focus on prescriptions. We are guaranteed 40 hrs. Walmarts prescription filling system is so organized, it makes the workflow process much easier and less chaotic in comparison to smaller pharmacies. I've read other reviews that walmart techs are treated like cashiers and that is far from the truth. My coworkers and supervisors are great, we all get along, we help each other out, and I am grateful.

Cons

The only downside is that there are no chairs, lol,. Be prepared to stand for an 8 hr shift. I work at a busy store, with about 3 cashiers, 8 techs, and 4 pharmacists possibly working at once and there is still no downtime. We are busy from open to close.
