Pros

The company is stable and will be around for years to come. Many associates become close and develop lasting friendships.

Cons

The company is so concerned about law suits, that compassion and logic seem to be lacking at times. They have developed an effective method of terminating an associate for whatever reason they choose.

Pros

Mon-Fri work schedule is great and vacation time. Health ins is ok.

Cons

Expect you to do alot with very little to no help and take care of customers. Upper Management doesnt care if they over work you or if you need help. Beg for time off (vacation or requested days off). Down sizing and making department managers take more than one dept and expect to much to get done with no help.
