The number 1 best reason to work for walmart is they are associate first.

Cons

The only con I can think of about walmart is there lack of competitiveness in salary for lower managment.

Pros

OK, it was near where i lived & my family so it mostly worked out. I liked the manager's attitude.

Cons

OK, but the total amount of days i got off on on actual holidays could have been a lot better.

10% discount on grocery and products It's a great working environment it's a great place to improve your people skills

Cons

inflexible hours (shifts are all over the place) Unclear instruction from management at times Co-workers tend to report you, rather than personally expressing their concerns.
