Pros

Many opportunities. I get satisfaction from my work. You meet many different people from many different walks of life. Great volunteering opportunities within communities.

Cons

Long hours sometimes. Results can be hard to achieve even after hard work. The turnover can cause consistency issues with the associates.

Pros

Right now I get along great with my co-workers and the optometrist. My manager has been accommodating with everyone's schedule. I do like the vision center falls under health and wellness so I am able to get some health care related experience since it is a doctor setting.

Cons

Customers may want to take advantage because its wal-mart and they try to see what they can get. The benefits are not what I expected the insurance says they don't cover even some things like routine blood work.
