Pros

Good benefits package, rotating schedule lets you plan things months out., employee discount. Some stores have good teamwork amongst management, others don't.

Cons

Long hours, even longer during the holidays (5 15 hour shifts in a rotation is not unusual between Thanksgiving and Christmas).
