Pros

good co-workers, good hours, ability to take time off when needed, if scheduled ahead of time, or in emergency. profit sharing.

Cons

low pay, have to wait a year for health benefits, only able to get a pay raise after a year or by moving up a pay grade. not able to get 40 hours or overtime unless you are management. regular sales associates are frowned upon for getting 40 plus hours a week.

Pros

I think that some of those in charge want to help and encourage certain types of employees and not other employees.

Cons

It is wal mart so you get a certain clientele that are not always the best to be around at times.
