Pros

The breaks are long and most of them are paid, so thats good. Also you can receive profit sharing which is a nice bonus for a part timer.

Cons

Management can be very annoying. There is a ton of red tape surrounding what you can do as an individual, everything needs to be approved by someone

Great culture and environment to work. Walmart provides advancement opportunities for all individuals. I would advise anyone to look at walmart for career opportunities.

Cons

Some small mom and pop stores look at walmart as a bad giant retailer who steal jobs from other companies.
