Pros

Strong financial standings, brand awareness, opportunity for growth, growth company with a proven bussiness model. Cutting edege technology and continous improvement.

Cons

Very little comprehension or appreciation for the ones making things happen in the stores. Executives running the company are longer the ones that built the comany, outsanding innovations that are not showing results in the stores. Lip service on customer and associate satisfactoin yet the simple fact that just because you have defined the processes and proceduers they have forgotten you still need the associates or manpower to stock the shelves and take care of the customer.

Pros

Great experience... learn the functions of the store overall while learning management skills. Very flexible scheduling.

Cons

It seems that management sometimes doesn't care as much as they should.
