Pros

I do feel I get paid decent, but it just does not make up for much of the issues that you have to deal with.

Cons

My main problem is, I do great at my job. I feel I am top notch at what I do and getting things done. But you constantly have to help pick up the slack of your fellow supervisors with nothing but a thanks, from the management above you. I get no performance bonus or anything in regards to my performance and what I do, I get the same pay as the people that I have to bust my butt, to do my job and theirs.

Pros

The pay is excellent for the industry although you will work for it. There are great people to work with, a sense of family. Fast pace keeps you busy and moving.

Cons

Poor communication and competence of upper management, as well as lack of development and advancement opportunities plague the company. Nothing is ever right and the environment is frustrating. Everything is about making an extra buck, often at the expense of the associates. High turnover (all).
