Pros

Raises are decent (yearly evaluations) My experiences with management have been fairly well Flexible schedule with some positions Team work

Cons

Can be very boring at times, depending on store location and sales. Have to work in one location for 6 months before transferring.

Pros

There are annual pay raises, and when you are first hired the hiring pay is based on your experience. Benefits are available to part time employees.

Cons

Scheduled hours fluctuate, getting time off is difficult, and they don't want you to leave during your shift if you are sick. In one co-worker's case, a customer accidently dropped a 2 liter soda and it sprayed all over her; they didn't allow her to go home and change, and she had to work the rest of her shift a sticky mess.
