Pros

Pays above minimum wage in most cases. Laid back work environment. Though morale can be low at times, I suggest finding like-minded people and making friends.

Cons

Increases in pay level typically mean less than optimal shifts, or a salaried position that requires crazy amounts of worked hours. However, this should not come as a surprise.

Pros

Open door communications. Diversity of people. Decent medical benefits. Stock purchase plan. Always changing to improve business plans and customer service.

Cons

Unfair review standards, not evaluated on an individual basis but as a team as a whole. Base salary for the position is also the salary cap, been in position for four years and have not even received a cost of living raise.
