Pros

Your career is what you make out of it. If you want to be successful you will move up. I enjoy the fact that results matter and not a game of favorites.

Cons

Recognition is lacking and there is always a look towards the downside of any achievement. I think by working towards recognizing more positive behavior the negative view of the company can change.

Pros

there were a lot of hours so it was easy to pick and choose what days to work if you were part-time

Cons

There were a lot of rude customers and it was hard to hold your tongue and not be rude back

Pros

Benefits, promotions, training, development, structure, and bonuses. Great directional leadership from the home office, tools in place to help individuals achieve their career goals, and good family environment.

Cons

Long hours, high-stress, high expectations, difficult to find high quality staffing in some places. Management required to work overnight. Working extra during holidays and inventory.
