Pros

Great Coworkers. You get paid.

Cons

No communication, they constantly change procedures and not everyone is told. You are forced to wear a uniform of sorts but they don't help with the purchase. No more raises at 90 days, just a discount card that enables you to pay what the customers pay.

Pros

Wow....the positives! Whew, I guess I would say that it was a good job while going through college.

Cons

Pretty much everything. Keep in mind though that I hate people. The work sucked, the customers are retarded and you feel like your job is on the line everyday.

Pros

Great benefits and compensation plan

Cons

Employees are often treated like numbers rather than real, valued employees.
