It started as just a job and turned into a career.

Pros

Benefits, including insurance, stock, and 401k. 10% discount helps more than you realize, especially when you have to shop for kids. Experienced over the last 11 years and great overall working environment.

Cons

The company is constantly changing, although most of the time this is for the better, for a while the changes appeared to be going in the wrong direction, currently we are heading "back to the basics" returning to the "old" way of things with a twist of new blended in.
