Pros

Management is relatively lenient in allowing for time off,a wide range of positions are available, a good range of benefits is available to full time workers.

Cons

Management is very poor and inept at distribution of workforce, working conditions are poor and potentially hazardous (fire exits regularly blocked, fire extinguishers missing or enclosed by stationary displays, propane floor buffers use give off irritant fumes, etc...), there is an extreme lack of enforcement of company policies, favoritism is shown by management, associates are expected to work beyond their capabilities.
