Pros

I loved the job and everything that it entailed. Some of the upper management were great to work for. Pay was worth the work.

Cons

No respect given from management to the employees. Working hard often led to people losing their jobs. If your a slouch you get promoted, if you work very diligently then you will be unemployed.

Pros

Easy to sell products at the price points offered. 10% discount card with 20% in the optical department.

Cons

Each supervisor has their own opinion which results in needless extra work created due do being told to do it one way and then to redo it another. Lack of communication. Selective enforcement of rules and policies. Management not accountable for contradictions and lack of integrity. They try to make everyone the same, which stifles innovation and leads to "group think".
