Pros

In the Dairy Deptartment of this particular WalMart, you had a lot of freedom in regards to when you could take your breaks and such.

Cons

Management, with the exception of a few, consists of nothing but arrogant morons. The pay is fairly crappy, compared to other retail stores in the area.
