Pros

Once it was because it seemed to be a fair place to work, team work etc.. but team work stops when it comes to my depts.. Management pulls my people but when we need breaks etc? they expect me to cover my dept and do my jobs too. Why can't they cover us? If we cover all there breaks up front.. I have heard customers always come first? Why do the jewelry customers not matter? Used to they left at least one associate in jewelry, well at my store they pull them all. To cover registers.

Cons

Mods, and unfair coaching, pulling all my people when they are short handed. but not covering us.. Not listening... I have seem very good people being coached over very stupid things and fired over nothing. ALL because of the three strikes you are out coaching rule. It is so wrong.
