Pros

Many new changes are happening that improve the quality of time spent at work. Change is slowly moving in the right direction.

Cons

There are too many redundant tasks that are required. For example we just spent the past 5 weeks doing a remodel of the entire store, 2 months later we are now going through a remodel to switch the store back to the way it was before the original remodel. No compensation based on individual sales performances.

Pros

Wal mart pays pharmacy techs pretty well compared with other pharmacy chains like cvs, rite aid, or walgreens. Also, their computer system for the pharmacy is good.

Cons

Management shows little respect for it's employees. Pharmacy is treated just like it's any other department in the store, where the customer is always right and you are subordinate to them. The pharmacy is not treated as a professional service provider in any way, shape, or form.
