Pros

The people I worked with were cool. Was kinda flexible, sometimes.

Cons

Understaffed, was forced to do everything on my own. If I missed a day everything would get backed up since nobody did anything when I wasnt there. At some point I became the only worker, for my final months I had to carry the entire department on my own, they had unrealistic expectation to expect me alone to be able to take care of a workload meant for 3 people all by myself day after day, I had to overwork myself and they encouraged me to stay beyond the time I'm supposed to leave just so everything could be finished instead of just hiring new people to make the job more realistically accomplishable.
