Pros

Walmart works with your schedule sometimes

Cons

Shows favoritism which causes corruption by rewarding employees that barely do the job with promotions and the hard workers get punished by adding more to their wirk load, home office and corporate management do not care about regular hourly employees, in-store managers display a lack of leadership and sense of urgency. Pay is the worst over 12 years and have been an hourly manager twice (including now) and still do not make $20 an hour. The work environment makes you not want to be employed.
