Pros

Innovation is not easy in the car industry but Walser is constantly seeking ways to improve customer service internally and externally. Community involvement is a huge factor when considering a career and Walser's Foundation is extremely active and very diverse in it's support. I love it!

Cons

It is not for wimps!

Pros

Walser, by far, has been the best company I've ever worked for. I have loved all of my managers and have worked with some pretty awesome people. They really believe in work/life balance, which helps keep stress down. Once you get into the company, there are a lot of opportunities to move up and grow.

Cons

Sometimes you have to work late, but that happens at many jobs. The company is always changing, so you need to be on your toes at all times. At the dealerships, the winters are not always fun since you are always out in the cold. At the corporate level, it's VERY quiet and hard to get to know and relate to some of your coworkers.
