Pros

The owners are progressive & forward thinking- always looking for ways to separate themselves from the competition. Great training department that has created curriculum for every position in the company. Company encourages promotions from within. There are a lot of great volunteer opportunities through the Walser Foundation- it make me feel good to work for a company that has a focus on giving back to the community.

Cons

It's a retail environment- if you work in the dealership, Saturdays and some evenings are going to be required.

Pros

the thirteen week training program gives you the tools to be successful, and once you test out of the program your salary increase significantly

Cons

not many cons, except working Saturdays but that is to be expected in car sales
