Pros

Having worked at previous dealerships, the trust and empowerment that the company gives it's associates is amazing. Coupled with the emphasis on work/life balance, you don't feel as though you're sacrificing your home life and not making an impact at a company. Very progressive and cutting edge company that does embody their core values - not just talk or a something to make them look good. The core values are the pillars that hold this company above others.

Cons

None to think of at the moment.

Pros

Unlimited PTO flexibility in hours for salary employees at corporate.

Cons

They fire good people really fast especially senior leaders. Lost in direction. My boss was gossipy with everyone (me too) and was rewarded. Your accountants are so over worked and skeleton staffing that you end up becoming an accountant to stay a float.
