Pros

Decent coworkers to help you through your day.

Cons

Everything….benefits suck, pay sucks, upper management sucks. They went to salary and expect everyone to stay late. No appreciation for anyone’s hard work. They have two pay scales but one is unachievable because they don’t offer it anymore. People were just grandfathered in when they changed to salary. They care more about appeasing HR than the employees who actually generate their profits. Just a terrible company ran by terrible management.

Pros

The company is very inclusive, and likes to strive to be the most innovative in the industry. Improving the process one way or another. It is fast paced and engaging. They do listen and treat everyone fairly.

Cons

They tend to be on the lower pay scales of the industry unfortunately, for more work than similar companies in the area. They are almost too involved in innovation that they will forgo well being of employees for implementation of new processes.

Pros

-Management cares about staff -hard work translates to success

Cons

-pay plan is sub-par for the industry - lots of "what have you done for me lately" attitude - success or failure, management has a short memory for both -absurdly high expectation for customer survey scores
