Pros

Cool people, Great training, Good hourly, Possibility to make money if your a better salesman than your paycheck will say.

Cons

The bonus structure is unbelievably difficult to hit you will be dodging deals at the end of the month to keep your PVR good. The CEO’s of course pocket an unbelievable amount of money. They’ll flood the showroom floor in the winter and no one will bonus only make their hourly pay.

Pros

Great training structure. Clear pay plan and progression plans.

Cons

Corporate level is difficult to enter from customer specialist role. Must be very high achiever for a long period of time. Team Leads are not given the credit they deserve sometimes.
