Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback and for your dedication over the past 8–10 years. We're glad to hear that you found our training program helpful and easy to navigate the job duties. We acknowledge that maintaining enthusiasm and motivation over time can be challenging. Your advice to management to keep the team motivated is invaluable, and we’ll continue to explore ways to foster a more engaging and inspiring workplace. Be sure to ask your direct manager about different monthly incentive programs or yearly performance contests to be recognized in different ways! Also, there are different leadership and skill development programs offered throughout the year that your store leader can provide more information on. If you have specific ideas or suggestions on how we can better support long-term motivation, we’d love to hear them. Your experience, company loyalty, and perspective are incredibly valuable to us as we strive to improve. Please reach out to me at any time if you would like to discuss further, Ltrett@walser.com. Thank you again for your feedback and for your commitment to Walser! Lindsey Trett Walser's Director of Talent Acquisition

Pros

Walser has an inclusive and fun culture for all personalities and skill levels. They prioritize internal growth and employees' needs, ensuring every department feels supported and seen. I have gained wonderful connections in this organization and feel engaged with the company's vision and mission. Plus, they have four employee resource groups focused on different social groups and identities to further employee engagement and inclusivity. Walser's culture is what other auto dealers should strive for in the industry.

Cons

There are areas for improvement in any organization, but Walser excels at self-awareness and learning from their mistakes.
