Great team environment. Diverse workforce and great products to sell.

Cons

Long hours, and even though they try to provide a work life balance, it’s really difficult in this industry. Long term it may not be a sustainable lifestyle for someone looking to start a family and settle down more.

Extremely low pay while expecting 70+ hours from workers a week. HR and Walser claim to be about "People" but they misgender people, let sexual harassment slide, and only care about the money. NEVER work for walser. awful.
