Thank you for the response - it's always valuable to hear what employees feel about pay and total rewards. As a non-negotiating dealership group, we do approach things a bit differently. We have always had a plan geared at both income and work life balance offering more of a base salary and incentive, as well as open PTO. That said, we are consistently listening to our employees and based on our latest engagement survey data and several steering committees with our high performing sales managers, we have continued to adjust our model. This year we launched a newer pay plan focused on a percentage of variable pay based on the team's performance and a 4 Day work week. We continue to challenge ourselves to do both, grow earnings and support our core value of family. Management development continues to be a focus for employees who are interested in growth through structured training and broader emerging leader programs. We wish you all the best. Thank you again for your feedback. Lindsey Trett Walser's Director of Talent Acquisition
