Pros

Training is fantastic. Co-workers are mostly friendly, and the products being sold are fantastic. You can believe in what you are selling. The Lifetime Vehicle Service contract is the biggest "no-brainer" product on the market. If you have a good attitude and work hard you will be a success.

Cons

The hours and scheduling can be demanding. Never set up plans directly after your scheduled shift, you never know if you will have to stay late. Being fast paced, it is easy for information to get lost if you are an unorganized individual. Winter sales are rough.

Pros

You can learn a new career and advanced as far as your willing to go. Professional environment across all levels. Great place to learn in supportive environment, they employ people to make their employees better! Hourly wage coupled with performance incentives give the opportunity for great earning potential.

Cons

Retail environment means you work nights and Saturdays without exception. Change is a constant and you need to be willing to adapt.
