Pros

WALSH walks the talk of valuing its employees. It is a good-hearted company working very hard to have a positive impact in the communities in which it operates. Competitive pay, generous bonus, unheard of benefits package with little cost to employees. Safety as its first value, which is felt throughout the company's operations and leadership alike.

I honestly can't think of any.

Takes care of employees! They give you a shirt on the second day of working there. Who else does that? The shirt is green.

A company who walks the walk, WALSH proves to care about their employees' well being. They provide competitive wages, generous bonuses, and they place value on your personal life and happiness. I also value how they give to the community, and work on projects that give back. Working for Walsh Construction Co., would be a solid career move for anyone.

I haven't seen any yet that are significant.
