planning is not very good.the super intenders are not out on the field enough to support the foremans

Pros

Excellent builders. Safety and quality are not negotiable. Schedules are well planned and subcontractors are treated very fairly.

Cons

Occasionally costs tend to be a little higher than the competition due to the detailing and cost of field work to get the job done right. Low cost subs our often vetted out due to concerns over ability to complete work as needed.
