      Pros

      Free entry into Disneyland, Disney Store Discounts, The Disney Brand is a familiar and stable brand. I really like the people I work.

      Corporate Politics, HR is only there to protect the company and not the employee, and Low Pay

      They pay well. Great group of peers.

      Cons

      The management has no idea what is going on with their staff, how bad morale is, who really does the bulk of the work -- or perhaps they do know and just don't care. Either way, management is terribly ineffective, and they take it out on competent employees so that their own incompetence doesn't shine through. Absolutely the worst job experience I've ever had -- and that includes the boss who threw staplers at me.

      Pros

      Great room for growth and there is always somewhre you can go with out having to actually leave the company, you have to keep your eye on the prize in order to be able to reach the position you want.. map it out and then find out what you need to do to get there.

      Cons

      Very large company; easy to get lost if you don't shine so its really up to you to make your own future and make sure you are seen and heard - by shining and going above and beyond.. there is always a buzz about you - make sure that buzz is 100% EXTRA ordinary.
