Pros
The opportunities within such a large organization are endless, between divisions, and even across disciplines. Its fun to contribute to well respected entertainment experiences, and you get to work alongside some pretty neat teammates and partners.
Cons
As with any large company, there is a lot of red tape and procedural burdens. In general, but not in every case, the price you pay for the stability of a career within a well established company is a lower salary than you may get at a start-up or elsewhere perhaps. We run scared of liability too much, both in terms of our consumer facing products and services, as well as our own internal practices and programs.
