Pros

I enjoy the people I work with and the company as a whole. The benefits package is good, I don not know what to compare it to since this is my first job but I am happy with it. The benefit of going to Disneyland anytime is good to, although it completely opposite of where I go to work and i don not go too often.

Cons

The departmental management, they fail at personnel issues. Rumors of what management is going to do circulate around the office and I do believe the management realizes this and they do not address these issues. There is also to motivation to work any harder than the person next to me because the rewards are not appealing.

Pros

The BEST reason to work at Disneyland is that SOME of the magic that Walt Disney created is still there. The guests are usually wonderful, and it's a special experience that you just can't reproduce elsewhere.

Cons

Management. Wages. Lack of respect from management. NO work/life balance. Disneyland has the worst management I've ever experienced. They treat the "Cast Members" (employees) as paid slaves, making you work outrageous hours (sometimes 60+ hours a week) during the summer months, then only 10+ hours a week during off-peak times. They offer benefits only if you can meet ridiculous off-peak "minimum hours worked" schedules, and to top it all off - you get paid $8-$10/hr - which isn't much in the off-peak season. And if you try to have a second job to support yourself, they won't work with YOUR schedule, they'll just fire you once you've "called out" too many times.
