Serving others; The hospitality industry is centered on creating memorable experiences for clients and guests. The opportunity to bring joy to others is incredibly fulfilling. Operational Success; When an event runs smoothly, it's a testament to strong planning and teamwork. Seeing an event come together is rewarding especially when contributed to the behind the scenes efforts. Vision, Future, Growth; The company's long-term vision and collaboration with partners is impressive. Being part of a company with ambitious plans for the future can provide opportunities as the organization grows.

Cons

Emotion driven decisions; Observations of decisions based on emotions rather than logic, can lead to inconsistent policies, unclear expectations, or reactive decision-making, which negatively impacts staff morale and operations. Anxiety of preparedness; Whether venues have everything they need for events can be stressful. The fear of missing essential resources increases anxiety for staff members and creates last-minute scrambling, which effects overall event quality. Demanding workload/work-life balance; Long hours and a workweek that stretches into weekends and holidays. Lack of downtime leads to burnout and negatively affect mental and physical health. Difficult to maintain a healthy work-life balance.

Incredible people with great opportunities! Supportive management. Walters promotes from within and rewards hard work! Company just treated us to incredible trip to Cabo!

Cons

Growing companies change on a dime. That is to be expected. Not a con for me but if you are adverse to constant change this could be frustrating.

Walter's has been a great career opportunity for me! I've really enjoyed working with the company and my team. The job itself is fast paced, fun and rewarding. As someone who formerly worked in service industry and school districts this change has been amazing! I'm excited to come to work and there's always new exciting things on the horizon here. I feel the management does a wonderful job at making team members feel appreciated and heard. The company offers many incentives/bonus's as well. If you are in a salary position you receive unlimited PTO which I think goes to show their consideration for team members. Overall I highly recommend Walters!

Cons

This job can be very time consuming however salary positions do receive unlimited PTO so I feel that outweighs this con. The pay does vary on position/location but there are opportunities to receive commission/bonus.
