I have worked in sales for over 15 years and no prior job has amounted to the joy that I have now found with working at Walters. No micromanaging and you can create your own schedule so the flexibility is INCREDIBLE along with GREAT pay. Management is always there to answer your questions and help you grow in your role!

Truly nothing- may be easy to overwork yourself but that’s with any competitive sales job

Cons

Same as the pros. The change comes fast, and sometimes it is hard to keep up, but I wouldn't want to work in any other industry.

Working at Walters Wedding Estates feels like a being apart of a big family. Managers are quick to assist with any issues and questions you have on the job and everyone is so friendly and quick to shout out your accomplishments - no matter how small. As a growing company new positions are frequently created which allows for a lot of growth in the company and a change of pace if you ever feel stuck in your position. In a sales position the commission is generous and management is always open to creating new incentives to boost your goals (and pay ;) ). Schedule is extremely flexible so it's incredibly easy to create your ideal work/play schedule.

Cons

None? It's very easy to get wrapped up in the adrenaline of a sales position, but that's the same in any sales focused job, at Walters it's fun and your manager is always quick to remind you to treat yourself and relax if they see you overworking yourself.
