Pros

Fun place to work, grow close with employees and management. Its very relaxed. Lots of opportunities.

Cons

Things are dirty and not quality. Weddings are not as great as they have potential to be. Young teens working at most venues. Management sometimes does not take employee concerns seriously

Close to home and pretty property

Cons

Promises of raise that never . Lied. Unhappy guests. No staff. Using temps. Management unprofessional and constantly complaining , toxic work environment. Lots of drama. Poorly ran events

Pros

Flexibility and constant change (if you like that)

Cons

Too many chiefs with too little knowledge. Constant company policy changes and procedures before programs are thoroughly thought through and without any real answers once clients and employees have questions. One hand does not know what the other hand is doing, so answers and support are not congruent or cohesive.
