Pros

Absolutely nothing. Even the free coffee is bad.

Cons

Horrible horrible company with failing business and will be laying off as a result (meanwhile the CEO splits his time between Milwaukee and Cayman Islands so there's obviously money somewhere LOL). Management here is idiotic and speaks in jargon and cliches to fill time and space, and because they love hearing the sound of their own voice. They have also been sugarcoating the lay offs, making it sound like it was the former employee's idea to leave ("so-and-so decided to part ways with Wantable, they are moving onto better things and are going to do great, we're so excited for them in this new chapter!"), instead of admitting to downsizing. The culture at this company took a complete nosedive in the past few months. Everything about this company is doomed, considering it's failing in an oversaturated market and has been in business for almost 7 years, I doubt Wantable will make it past 2021. Save yourself and get out ASAP, go work for a company with a benefits package that treats you as if you're a real human being (unless you're the CEO or CMO and can take every other day off as PTO!) and that doesn't have a failing product or service.

Pros

Very easy work tasks to learn and do.

Cons

Culture values and leadership is very poor, management are most of the time clueless and aren’t very helpful at their positions (don’t really understand how hiring 3 more leadership positions at the fulfillment center was beneficial when they aren’t so great at what they do either and aren’t productive). I have seen people come and go from this place from the warehouse to a much bigger location and it’s been very messy! Emphasis on MESSY. Leadership always mentions that if there’s something wrong or if we have anything to say to make the environment a better place to be (since we’re the ones doing the job all day) to reach out to them. Example, I reach out to them for a certain issue such as an employee putting tags in the absolute worst and wrong places on VARIOUS amount of items. They don’t seem to acknowledge it or care to ever take action and as the outcome the same or similar issues are constant and repetitive. And to make the situation better, the certain person who did the issue is still doing the same work.. really don’t understand the point of that! But that could be because people are very lazy and that’s the truth. Often coworkers take advantage of their work and slack that’s why goals aren’t met! Pretty funny how these certain handful amount of people still have a job and aren’t being written up or punished for their poor work ethic, that’s why things don’t change and they’ve been constantly hiring people. Let’s talk about the people who just sit in the disgusting bathrooms to be on their phones and avoid work that needs to be done when there’s actually stuff to do. I’ve seen people sit in their for as long as 45 min! All the time! But I guess no one cares. Or even the people who talk on their phones or watch YouTube videos and Netflix and supervisors often walk pass these people without enforcing the issue. And now that’s why weekly meetings are often a joke, good for them for finally attempting to enforce their new “policies” in regards to these issues or whatever. And that leads to how unfortunate it is to find out as of recently that the company isn’t doing well and has the potential of going broke. I really feel sorry for the people who will be affected by this. Nice job Wantable!
