Pros

Hands on involvement with new and catalog artists. Creative environment. Good benefits. Friendly people.

Cons

No salary increase in relation to yrs worked or job performance. Coordinators and Managers remain with the same salary they started with regardless of how long they have been with the company. no annual "cost-of-living raise", a merit raise of 3% is rare but can happen every 5 years or so. Only way to guarantee a salary increase is through a promotion, however that could mean waiting 3-6 years before a position above yours opens up.
