Pros

Great creative teams and legendary companies and content. Good compensation and benefits package. Some of the best people in the business to work with are at WMG

Cons

Beware back-office. COMPLETELY dysfunctional IT Dept riven by politics and conflict makes for a difficult and ethically challenging environment. Anywhere in the back office constant cost pressure can make work/ life balance elusive.

Pros

The people and the culture is upbeat and very friendly making for a comfortable day-to-day work environment. Music related perks such as office performances and events are a regular and great perk.

Cons

Depending on where you work and who with the management is very hit or miss. Some manager will micromanage every step of every employer while some managers you barely knew existed because you never saw or heard from them.

Cons

- PTO is a joke (10 days a year) - Salary is VERY low - 401K match doesn't kick in until 1 year - no room for movement - very corporate
