Originally really enjoyed working here with great parties and fun atmosphere. Management were keen to develop and grow team

Cons

Pay not great but was only slightly below average for music industry. Slowly removed a lot of the perks of music including gig tickets, free vinyl and cool events. Had to contribute money towards team Christmas party as budget too low
