Pros

They have an extremely diverse group of artists.

Cons

As an employee you're expected to give your life to the job, which I was very much willing to do. Yet all of my hardwork was rarely rewarded or acknowledged. I was told that you work hard now and make your bosses look good and one day you will promoted. Unfortunately that day never came, after 4 years I left with the same title and salary.

Pros

A glamor job, but it is very cutthroat. You get access to lots of music content. You work with the very edge of pop culture. You are able to influence and move the tastes of many different types music consumers.

Cons

There is very poor job security. It is very hard to find time to meet with senior management. There is not enough employees to ensure all work is done correctly simple because there is not a money in the industry. You are at the mercy of consumers who have trouble seeing value in your product and are skeptical of your industry.

Fun atmosphere & casual attire.

Cons

Short staffed. Some Directors are not as involved in all lables as they should be to fully understand the work involved. There are issues in departments where upper levels are not fully attentive and sensitive to the timming processes that take place each month.
