      Pros

      It's an ok place to learn open deck. They have a few good people working in the office.

      Cons

      The upper management lies to its contractors all the time. They don't care if you make a living there. They will try to starve you out. They steal money from you and won't pay you for what they said they would. The equipment they put you in is worn out and you will spend more time in the shop then wondering. Also Richard Donnelly is not the president

      al is my dispatcher and he does a fantastic job for me. I love the company as a whole. I've been here almost 1 year and have no intentions on ever leaving.

      Cons

      always room for improvement just like any and all companies.
